The CRS club offers different unique commission arrangements based on which route you wish to take. The structure works as follows:
Equity Release Qualified Advisers – Where CRS provide the initial lead to you:
If you are an Equity Release qualified intermediary and CRS provide you with an Equity Release lead, the commission rate you will be paid on completion is 35% of the total combined client fee and lender commission. View our lender commission rates.
Where you use the CRS club to process your own lead:
If you elect to use the CRS club facility to gain access to our exclusive lender commission rates but have obtained the lead and complete the case yourself, you will retain both the full client fee and the full lender commission on completion. View our lender commission rates.
Equity Release Lead Referral – Where you provide the lead to CRS:
Where you provide CRS with a lead and we undertake the Equity Release case, the commission rate you will be paid on completion is 35% of the total combined client fee and lender commission. While our competitors pay 50% of the commission rate only, our unique combined fee means you receive a higher rate of commission overall, as illustrated on the table below. Please note that this table is intended as an illustrative example. 35% combined fee + commission rate is exclusive to CRS Club members and is paid on completion and receipt of funds. Minimum client fee of £950 will be charged where CRS refer a lead to an Equity Release qualified adviser.
