‘Bonus Commission Offer’ runs from 29 October 2009 until 31 December 2009. £150 Bonus Commission will be paid on completion of the first case which must be submitted via the Online Referral Form at www.charterhouse-rs.co.uk/equity-release-members/referral during this period. In the case of multiple case submissions made during this period, £150 Bonus will only be paid on the first case to complete and will only be paid one time per CRS Club Member. £150 Bonus will only be paid to the CRS Club member after the case has completed, and after CRS has received monies from the lender.
Charterhouse Retirement Solutions (CRS) Registration Competition:
Competition winners may be required to partake in some publicity relating to the redemption of the prize.
CRS will not publish personal information of the prize winner, apart from their name, business and general locality.
Prize winners names and county will be made available on request.
Prizes will be awarded to the winner within four weeks of prize claim.
Competition Rules:
Competition runs from 9.00am on 5 November 2009 until 9.00am on 31 January 2010. 1 iPod nano to be awarded for each month with eligible participants to be drawn from all of those who registered in the previous calendar month, ie first iPod nano draw will take place on 1 December, with the name to be drawn randomly from a list of all of those who registered online during the month of November.
The winner will be notified within four weeks. CRS, on receipt of a stamped addressed envelope will provide details of the winning entry.
The draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Employees of Charterhouse Retirement Solutions Ltd and associated companies, and their relatives (and any connected persons) are not eligible.
Eligible participants: All online registrations made at www.charterhouse-rs.co.uk/equity-release-register/ during the competition period will be eligible. Entry may result in a letter or telephone call from an adviser of Charterhouse Standard Holdings Ltd. No entrant is obliged to see any such adviser unless they wish to do so.
A total number of three iPod nano prizes will be drawn. Ideally, the prize will be presented in person where we would like to take a photograph for future promotional purposes. Where this is not possible, prize will sent by registered post to the address provided by the prize winner.
There is no cash alternative available.
Competition is open to intermediaries in the Financial Services Industry in the United Kingdom.
The decision Charterhouse Retirement Solutions Ltd on any matter relating to these rules shall be final.
